Firstly, write down your goals and objectives on a piece of paper or on some post it notes – remember to make them S.M.A.R.T (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound).

Listen during the night as you sleep and/or during more active listening sessions, i.e. while conscious, during meditation/relaxation sessions. Try this out for 30 days and at the same time, take action towards your clearly defined goals.

Note: If listening during the night, ensure that the volume is set to a level that will not disturb you.
